Ed Nikles Wins Big in 10 Categories at the Wayne-Pike Building Industry Association Awards in Construction Excellence (ACE)
Milford, PA – Ed Nikles Custom Builder, Inc. was a 10-category winner at the Wayne-Pike Building Industry Association 2023 ACE Celebration & Reception Dinner, held October 19 at Capri Restaurant in Lakeville, PA. At this 9th annual awards presentation, Nikles received 10 of the 19 awards presented. The Nikles family has been in the custom-home building & remodeling industry for over 60 years and has won numerous awards across a wide variety of categories at local, state & national levels.
President Ed Nikles was honored to receive these awards, which recognized the construction firm’s outstanding performances in the following 10 categories:
- Residential ~ Less than 2,000 Square Feet
- Residential ~ Cost Without Land Less than $500,000
- Residential ~ Between 2,000 – 4,000 Square Feet
- Residential ~ Cost Without Land Between $500,000 – $1,000,000
- Remodeling ~ Residential Less than 2,000 Square Feet
- Residential Additions ~ Between 1,000 – 2,000 Square Feet
- Residential Additions ~ Greater than $150,000
- Residential Remodeling ~ Kitchen Cost Over $60,000

Nikles is a Master Certified Green Professional (MCGP) and brings “Smart Design” ideas with attention to detail to the firm.
