Denege Hashagen
Dee came on board at Ed Nikles Custom Builder, Inc. in 2007. She will be your Personal Contact throughout the Construction Process, assisting with Estimating, Permitting, Purchasing, Customer Service, Product & Color Selections and Change Orders. Dee has over 25 years total experience working for us, home builders in the Tampa Bay area of Florida from 1995 through 2002 and on the East Coast of Florida from 2002 to 2006.
Michael Woolley
Mike joined our team in 2017 bringing with him over 30 years experience in the construction business. Experienced in all phases of home construction & remodeling, he Reviews all Plans, Specifications & Selections, prior to starting the project, to familiarize himself with the upcoming tasks ahead. He Coordinates and Schedules our Trade Contractors and Suppliers and makes sure that our company is producing a quality home for our clients in a reasonable timeframe. He will also take photos to send to clients as the project is progressing. He schedules & coordinates all required Municipal Inspections for Code Compliance as well as Site Visits with owners. He is also responsible for making sure our job sites are kept Clean and Well Organized.
Bette Eagan
Bette directs the Ed Nikles Custom Builder, Inc. Business and Financial Office including Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Payroll and Select Administrative functions. She has been part of the Ed Nikles team since 1986. She develops Standards and Analyzes Information with complexity, attention to detail, confidentially & thoroughness. She reports to the President & works directly with our Accountant. Bette has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and pursued an Art History degree. Bette also maintains our Land Inventory & handles Human Resources within the company.
Dianne Hazen Brady
Dianne, a trained paralegal, supports the President, Project Manager, Construction Coordinator and Senior Sales & Design Consultant. She has been with the company since 2017 and handles Specifications, Contracts, Progress Stage Letters, Change Orders, Customer Service Calls, Insurance Updates & Correspondence. She provides support to the Bookkeeper in Managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable; Preparing & Disbursing Payments to our Trade Contractors, Suppliers & Vendors; verifying and determines the accuracy of Financial Data; Preparing our Residential Warranty Registration for new homeowners. She also assists with getting bid & plan sets to our Trade Contractors & Suppliers.
James Leighty
Jim started working for us in December of 2015, after nearly 40 years as a friendly competitor and owner of a successful local home building & remodeling company that he started in 1975. Jim brings his 47 years of experience in building, design, estimating, construction sales & land development to the team. About 40 years ago, he attended classes in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and has been using DataCad CAD software ever since to do his design work. Jim brought his design expertise to our company’s plans along with his library of distinct new home designs that we can customize to meet our clients’ needs. He can also develop individualized custom home and remodeling designs from scratch for those with unique projects & tastes.
