SELECT A HOME SITE, or – if you’ve already chosen a location – position your home for topography, maximum solar efficiency, special views and to minimize site disturbance

STEP 2.

ESTABLISH BUDGET OBJECTIVES which we will try to help you maintain throughout the design and the building processes

STEP 3.

CHOOSE FROM A VARIETY OF STYLES AND DESIGNS from which we will create a preliminary sketch of your house

STEP 4.

MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE PRELIMINARY SKETCH according to your needs & lifestyle, start to define the specifications and begin to discuss more specific details & brand name product selections that will make the home uniquely yours

STEP 5.

CREATE A MORE DETAILED PLAN and prioritize & finalize your product selections, always emphasizing your budget at each step

STEP 6.

AGREE ON A FINAL PLAN, scope of work and a price for your dream home
